How to post to Cyber Comment

2. If it is your first post it will be reviewed first, then approved.
3. After approval, your email address will be "whitelisted" and you will be able to post whenever you like.
4. Make sure you do all your editing and spell-checking before you send the email. Or have your personal secretary do it. Once you submit your post it is too late.
